  • All prices shown include VAT

  • Postage within the UK only. Please contact me if delivery is outside of the UK for a quote before purchasing.

  • You have the right to a refund, please see Returns Policy.

  • All items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. They will be sent within 4 working days after payment received. Average delivery time is 5 days.

  • Payments are taken through PayPal. Please read their terms and conditions on purchasing.

  • Your financial details will not be stored

     

 

 

      Returns Policy

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your order from No 30 Crafts, we are able to accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  We can offer a full refund on the cost of your items, as long as they are returned in a fully resalable condition, with original packaging intact - items cannot be returned once they have been used or cut.

  • Returns accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order
    Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition
    Full refund on the cost of your items
    We are unable to cover the cost of returning items or the initial delivery charge
    Within your return parcel, please include your order number, name & address details and we recommend you use a tracked postage service
    Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
